We have compiled detailed information on our manufacturing process to provide you with insights into our textile recycling practices.
Collection / Arrival of Goods
Our drivers visually inspect all materials during collection and loading, rejecting anything spoiled, dirty, unwashed, or unsuitable for recycling. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the load is unloaded, with any wet stock removed immediately. Only clean, recyclable materials move forward for sorting.
Sorting
Each item is manually inspected by our Sorting Team to ensure quality. Any remaining wet or dirty materials are removed. Fabrics are then sorted by type and condition, with each grade directed to the appropriate storage or processing area.
Cutting
Our Cutting Team receives materials directly from sorting. They manually inspect each piece as they carefully cut and recycle the textiles into uniform, ready-to-use wiping cloths. Finished wipers are placed into blue plastic barrows.
Order Processing
Before packing, our Quality Control team inspects each blue plastic barrow. Samples are checked to ensure all wipers are uniform in size, clean, neatly cut, and meet our highest standards for customer use.
Packing
Each cage is delivered to our Bailing Team, who meticulously pack wipers according to customer specifications. Wipers are hand-weighed on industrial scales and undergo a final inspection before being compressed into airtight, eco-friendly packs. All packing takes place in a sterile environment to prevent contamination, with labels applied as required.
Order Preparation
Squeeze-packed wipers are handed over to our Orders Team for final preparation. Its then securely placed on pallets, and shrink-wrapped to guarantee safe and secure delivery to our customers.
Dispatch
Pallets are securely stored in-house, ready for prompt collection and delivery to our customers.
